Exhibition stand packages are turnkey trade-show stands offered at fixed prices for each size tier, with everything you need to exhibit included — printed walls, lighting, furniture, graphics, delivery, build and dismantle. Expositionists offers exhibition stand packages from £2,950 (6sqm) up to flagship 40sqm+ builds, with three trim levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold) and 30+ years’ experience designing for ExCeL London, NEC Birmingham, Olympia and venues across Europe.

Exhibition Stand Packages FAQs
Exhibition stand packages from Expositionists start at £2,950 for a 6sqm Bronze package. Prices scale by size and trim level (Bronze, Silver or Gold). A typical 12sqm Silver package runs £5,000–£8,000. A 26–40sqm Gold package with printed walls and integrated AV runs £15,000–£25,000. All package prices include design, build, delivery, installation and dismantling. Contact us for a tailored quote based on your stand size, show and brand requirements.
Every exhibition stand package includes printed or coloured back walls, side returns, lighting lintels, vinyl logos or printed graphics, design and 3D visualisation, fabrication, delivery to the venue, professional installation by our crew, on-site support during the show, post-show dismantling, and return transport. Silver and Gold tiers add a branded reception desk and wall-mounted TV. We also handle all venue-specific paperwork including organiser submissions and electrical orders.
Bronze packages have white back walls with side returns in solid white, blue, red or green, plus four 0.5sqm vinyl logos and lighting lintels painted white. Silver packages add a back wall in your colour of choice, branded reception desk, and a wall-mounted TV. Gold packages include large-format printed walls and side returns for full brand immersion. Standard exhibition stand packages can be delivered in 2–4 weeks from order confirmation. This includes design sign-off, fabrication, transport to the venue and installation. We can accommodate rush orders in as little as 7–10 days for Bronze packages, depending on availability. We recommend booking 4–6 weeks ahead for peak season (September–November) when production schedules fill up.
Yes. Every package is customised with your branding, colours, graphics and logo. You can also add features like extra TVs, branded furniture, additional lighting, or storage units. If your needs go beyond what packages offer, we can move you up to a custom modular stand (from £199/sqm) or a fully bespoke build (from £299/sqm) for unlimited design freedom.
Yes. Most package elements are designed for reuse across 3–5 events. We offer storage at our UK facility between shows, and you can refresh graphics or change the trim level between events. For exhibitors planning 6+ shows per year, our custom modular stands are designed for 10+ reuses with reconfiguration and offer better long-term value.
