About Health Optimisation Summit
The Health Optimisation Summit takes over the Business Design Centre in Islington from 11-13 September, with the Friday given over to a dedicated Business Day. Founded and run by Tim Gray, the summit expects 4,250 attendees across 141 exhibiting brands and 62 speakers, among them Wim Hof, Bear Grylls, Dr Tara Swart, Ben Greenfield, Dr Karan Rajan, JJ Virgin, Dr Judith Joseph and Davinia Taylor, with Daniel Priestley appearing on the Business Day. Alongside the main stages sit 17 workshops covering breathwork and acroyoga, speaker meet and greets with book signings, a VIP lounge, networking socials and access to session recordings, with up to 19 CPD points available.
