The Perfectly Formed Package
It was O’Reilly’s first time exhibiting at Learning Technologies this year. They contacted Expo to discuss ideas for their stand. Charlie, their Account Manager, talked them through a series of options, including specially designed packages for Learning Technologies. O’Reilly chose fabric graphics, which covered their shell scheme and transformed their stand. Included in the package were the literature stand and bar stools and table. The package also came with a lockable storage unit that O’Reilly were able to brand, as well as a TV with stand. O’Reilly added their merchandise to the stand and were ready for the exhibition.
As a first time exhibitor at Learning Technologies, I’m really glad I made the decision to work with Expo Portable. Their show package meant I could organise everything I needed through one vendor and removed the stress of dealing with multiple vendors. The communication throughout the whole process was excellent (signoff on the stand plan, confirmation graphics supplied were correct etc) and we were pleased with the end result.
