We’ve attended two Aviation Events in the Middle East this month. Last week we were in Cairo at the International Convention Centre which hosted MEFSEC 2014 exhibition, where we built this smart 9 x 3m bespoke stand on behalf of Rockwell Collins.
And over the last 4 days we’ve been working at the new DWC exhibition centre in Dubai for the 2014 MEBA Middle East Business Aviation exhibition. Where exhibiting is approached very differently to the way companies allocate their stand budgets in the UK. Money appears no object as you see stands with marble floors and crystal chandeliers!
Expo has designed and installed two stand there; one for Harrods Aviation who we have supported for 9 or so years and one for a new client Eclipse.
Our stands are more about producing a return on our clients investment rather than the bling. So whilst the stands look great, they are functional. We understand that exhibiting is not just about choosing the right company to build your stand, it’s about the pre event communications, ensuring key people are manning the stand (ideally without hangovers) and then following up the leads generated.
