This November, the Advanced Engineering Expo will be returning to the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham for its 10th anniversary. This event is not to be missed by anyone in the engineering world. Considered to be the largest annual event on the UK engineering calendar, there will be even more on offer this year in honour of the 10th anniversary. On top of what has already been showcased during previous years, there will be a brand new Civil New-Build Nuclear Engineering show and also a new UK Contract Manufacturing zone. The Connected Manufacturing zone, which you may have visited in previous years, is going to be expanded.
There will also be a vast range of exhibition stands. Over 650 exhibitors will be attending and between them, they will cover areas including: R&D, design, test, production, manufacturing, measurement, inspection, technology and materials. As this is the largest gathering of OEMs and supply chain manufacturers, it's an excellent opportunity to network with your peers face to face. In addition to this, you will have the chance to learn from top-tier speakers and OEMs via six open forums - this is included within your free access to presentations and case studies.
Amongst the sea of exhibition stand designs there will be many new innovations and technologies that are being presented by national research initiatives, SMEs, and start-ups. On top of all this, there will be (I assume this is not meant to be written from organisers perspective?????) AE Connect. A matchmaking service which will help you to pre-arrange meetings with potential industry partners, all based on your personal goals and areas of interest. At this expo, you can expect to find new products, the latest innovations, and your next professional partner! With so much on offer to you within such a short space of time, can you really afford to miss out on the opportunity it may bring?
